In purchasing one of our rabbits, it is expected that you have read and agree to our sales policy.

CANCELS
We care very much about our bunnies, so in the event that a buyer proves themselves unsuitable for a rabbit, we reserve the right to cancel the sale of the rabbit.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are ready for a rabbit before looking into getting one, and it is our responsibility, on behalf of our rabbits, to make sure they are going to good homes.

PRICE & DEPOSIT
A rabbit is not considered sold until 100% of their price is paid. A reservation merely secures a rabbit for a specific person.
Unless specified otherwise, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
At the time of the sale we guarantee that, to the best of our knowledge, your rabbit is healthy, correctly sexed, and has no non-disclosed health or temperament issues. Once a rabbit leaves our care it is your responsibility and we cannot promise a refund for any of the situations listed above. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to look over your rabbit during pickup to ensure that you are satisfied with its condition.

LIFETIME SUPPORT
We believe that it is our responsibility, as an ethical rabbitry, to make sure that the rabbits we produce do not contribute to the issue of overpopulation. Therefore, if for whatever reason an owner is unable to care for their Dawn to Dusk rabbit any longer, they must reach out to us first regarding this situation.
